PLACING ORDERS
By using the NORDERMIQA Skincare website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, and agree to abide by them. It is imperative to thoroughly review and comprehend these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any order.
Before finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, provided information, and the total order cost. Keep in mind that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by others until your order is completed at checkout, and you receive the order confirmation email. If inactivity leads to a connection failure, your product selection may be lost, requiring you to re-enter your choices.
Upon submitting your order, an order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, payment information, and delivery details will be sent to you.
Please note that NORDERMIQA Skincare cannot guarantee the availability of all products presented on the website. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product. Orders are only accepted from individuals aged 18 years or older.
ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by NORDERMIQA Skincare. We retain the discretion to decline an order for any reason without incurring any liability. Upon processing your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, serving as our acceptance of your order. NORDERMIQA Skincare does not guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock at the time of your order. In case a product is unavailable, you will be promptly notified by email. If payment has already been received for an unavailable product, a refund will be issued.
PRICES
Prices and delivery costs, including VAT, displayed on the website are subject to change. NORDERMIQA Skincare is not bound by the price until your order is accepted and a shipping confirmation is sent. Prices may differ between the website and physical stores. If the price changes after you place an order but before acceptance, you will be notified by email, and you have the option to place a new order or cancel the existing order. NORDERMIQA Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order before acceptance. In such cases, if payment has been received, a refund will be issued. NORDERMIQA Skincare may also cancel an order post-acceptance if it is discovered that the price information was incorrect. Delivery costs are presented during the checkout process.
PAYMENTS
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Accepted credit cards for payment include VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card transactions may undergo verification through 3D Secure or SecureCode for safety and fraud prevention. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited and Klarna Bank AB (publ.) to comply with the highest security standards. Your card will be charged once the order is confirmed by NORDERMIQA Skincare. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or authorized by the card owner. All credit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is refused, the order will be canceled. NORDERMIQA Skincare is not responsible for charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider.
KLARNA PAYMENTS For specific markets, Klarna Bank AB (publ.) handles payments directly through Klarna, offering options such as “Buy now. Pay later.,” “Slice it.,” and “Direct Payment.” These options are subject to a positive credit assessment. General information and user terms for Klarna are available on klarna.com.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS Payments through PayPal are also accepted, providing a secure method for online transactions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
NORDERMIQA Skincare offers shipping within the EU, Schengen, United States & UK. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on weekdays and the following weekday for weekend orders.
Upon dispatch of your entire order, a shipping confirmation will be sent. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are only estimates; actual delivery times may vary. NORDERMIQA Skincare is not liable for losses or damages due to reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays. Delivery estimates do not account for delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability. Failure to deliver within 30 days may grant you the right to cancel the purchase.
Lead time consists of fulfillment time + delivery time. Delivery times are displayed below. To calculate the lead time (the time from the moment you place the order till the moment you receive it), please take delivery time and add:
- 2-3 working days for orders with 1-10 items
- 7-8 working days for orders with 11 – 100 items
- 12-13 working days for order with 100 + items.Â

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If dissatisfied with a purchase from NORDERMIQA Skincare’s website, you have the right to withdraw your purchase or exchange the product by notifying NORDERMIQA Skincare (customerservice@nordermiqa.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. For damaged products during transportation, provide photo evidence to customerservice@nordermiqa.com.
Returned products must be unused and accompanied by the original invoice within 14 days of your notice. Returns are accepted only if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in resellable condition. NORDERMIQA Skincare does not accept returns with removed labels or opened products.
Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days by the original payment method, excluding additional duties and/or taxes.Â
All shipping fees are non-refundable and you (the customer) must pay the return shipping cost.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Follow these steps when returning products:

Send a notice to customerservice@nordermiqa.com, including your order number, reason for return request, and product pictures. Provide your name, email address, and phone number for potential contact.

Place the product(s) in the original or another secure, well-padded box. Seal the box and place the return label that you receive by email, clearly marking the package with the order number.
TRADEMARKS
Use of this website does not grant the right to use NORDERMIQA Skincare trademarks.
RESALE POLICY
Products purchased on nordermiqa.com are for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that products are intended for personal use, and you accept these Terms and Conditions. NORDERMIQA Skincare reserves the right to refuse orders without explanation.
